Weightshift Welcomes You To The ‘Hood

Designer: Weightshift Studio

Led by Naz Hamid, Weightshift is an agile studio based in San Francisco and Chicago that possesses a range of capabilities in design, development, content creation and ideation. Their designs are always crisp and a pleasure to look at or interact with. Weightshift’s latest project is particularly intriguing. Introducing Interhoods. It’s a simple site that provides a way to find designers and developers in your city, and more specifically, your neighborhood. It’s a simple idea with great potential for expansion. For those of you Dribbblers in the New York City, Chicago, San Fran area, Interhoods is definitely worth checking out. To join, you currently need to be involved with Github or Dribbble…too bad it’s not encompassing my city yet!

Check out Weightshift’s other work while you’re at it…

HTC 1 Concept by Andrew Kim

Designer: Andrew Kim

This guy has talent. Eighteen year old student Andrew Kim continues to amaze me. Design Fabulous, Andrew’s ongoing blog, has been a favorite of mine for some time due to its intimacy and quality. Andrew now has released images of his HTC 1 concept. From sketches to rendering, the product is not only quite imaginable but just as, if not more appealing then many mobile devices on the market currently. Have a look…
