As many may know, I’m a huge Electronic Dance Music addict. I love to listen, observe, analyze, produce and DJ with EDM and its surrounding culture. Those who are like myself, and even maybe a little less informed about EDM, are surely aware of Deadmau5, and probably for three reasons now days: a big mouse head, really bumping beats, and for DJing in a video cube booth. The Mau5 tweeted a video today that is quite relevant to his DJ booth but definitely a step further than his video screen rubik’s cube booth. Amon Tobin’s deck lies inside a booth that is unbelievable compared to most DJ boothes. Beautiful. Engaging. Overwhelming. I could go on, but at the very core of it all, this DJ booth is a spectacle that truly meshes imagery of all sorts with sounds we don’t often hear yet should. Take a look:
