Four Fifths Design

Inspiration for the Creative Mind

Month: November, 2010

Tarik Arnautovic’s Studio 215

Designer: Tarik Arnautovic

I was recently approached by designer Tarik Arnautovic to help promote the recently launched 215 webshop opened by Tarik. Though you may be familiar with Tarik’s work, 215 specifically showcases illustrations and drawings done by Tarik outside of client work. Needless to say, the work is awesome, and the 215 site design is well created.

Vesa Sammelisto’s Cities

Designer: Vesa Sammelisto

Cities is an urban survey of Helsinki, London and New York. It is a series of posters and small prints exhibited first time at Kaapeli (Cable Factory) Helsinki during the Factory Superstars group exhibition on October 2010. Really intricate, and quite inspiring.

Happy Thanksgiving

Ironically, I’m spending the majority of the day working on the redesign of Four Fifths Design ;) .

Cheers,

Patrick Branigan

Ray-Ban Rare Prints

Designer: Cutwater

Here is one of eight really cool posters for Ray-Ban’s “Rare Print” campaign. It supplements the showcasing of a new Ray-Ban eye wear that includes intricate and fun print throughout. Though Cutwater is the agency behind the campaign, David Sossella is the illustrator that made it happen.

Hoptimist Identity Design Ups Its Recognition

Designer: The Attention Agency (Me Me Me)

The creative minds at Me Me Me have come up with a new identity for Hoptimist, the once almost forgotten name for past colorful figures created by Gustav Ehrenreich.
