L’Esigenza Della Velocita

Just because I’m a longboarder myself, I needed to showcase this new piece. Buddy Carr Skateboards just released L’Esigenza Della Velocita, designed by Antonio Carusone. The name translates to “The Need for Speed” in Italian and that is exactly where Carusone drew most inspiration. The beautiful graphic design as well as the color palettes used are reminiscent of race cars from the 1960s and 70s. Its simplicity also pays tribute to the past time. The design itself is based off the Golden Ratio. Furthermore the typeface is self designed as well!

The longboard has a cool design, but it’s far from being a functional board.
I can see where you’re coming from. I’m not too sure I agree though. I’ve used many quite like its build and for the most part they’ve been a blast.
